Canadids.com exists for one reason: to provide business class VoIP wholesale services to organisations that need quality origination and termination that they can rely on for business.

We purchase PRIs/T1s directly from carriers and bring them into our carrier grade facility in Montreal. This benefits our customers:

1. The traffic is coming directly from TDM through our gateway to our customers. It hasn't bounced around the internet between servers of various resellers before reaching you, with the corresponding degradation of quality.
2. We manage our capacity to ensure that we don't oversell capacity and and don't give your end users a busy signal at peak times. Our service is intended for demanding business users.
3. In the unlikely event where there is a problem, you only need to make one call to our technical support line, and chances are we can resolve the issue.
